Problem playing...!

Hi,
i havent played for a while.....(12 months?)...and iwhen i start the game i dont seem ot have any characters to play.
If i look at my account, there are some active characters, but i cant see them when i start up.
My PC died a few months back, but i thought i managed to save my characters....

i liked your character..even though my character sort of..'dislike' orcs.
