For the last couple days, every time I go to the northern mine to mine some coal, it doesn't let. I just stand in front of the rocks and it says, "There is nothing here to hit." I can mine copper and iron from the copper mine just fine.

I'm not sure if this is a bug or if there is something going on in-game that I'm not aware of.

Bug. Already reported on mantis and almost fixed (just needs a dev to apply the patch to the database).

Is there some place else to mine coal while I'm waiting for this to get fixed?

No every mine is empty, as far as I know.

I guess me mining all night, will not help solving this problem.
