After I log in to the game with my character, the text box and the minimap appear, but the screen remains black and and items i'm carrying and my health bars remain empty, and the game doesn't start.
My PC specs:
Windows XP SP 3
NVIDIA GEForce GO 7600
ADSL 256 KB/sec connxn
1 GB Ram
INTEL Core 2 CPU 1.83 GHz

Make sure that you use the newest graphic drivers: http://www.nvidia.co.uk/Download/index.aspx?lang=en-uk

I’m experiencing a black screen when the game starts. Everything seems to load normally at first, but once I launch the game, the screen goes completely black with no audio or visual response. I've tried updating my graphics drivers and reinstalling the game, but the issue persists. Any suggestions on how to fix this would be greatly appreciated. Has anyone else encountered this problem and found a solution? nulls brawl

in order to help you, we need to know the OS you are running. Also make sure that your graphic card driver is up-to-date.
Please post the client.log as it may contain extended information about the log.
If you are using Windows you can find the log file at C:/Users/youruser/.Illarion/
