What happened in a week?

I was temporarily banned for a period of one week. Okay. One week passed. Now, I try to log on and the game still kicks me. I go to my character page and find that not one, but two of my characters' statueses read temporaily banned.
What happened?

We are only human as everyone else. It probably only slipped our minds. But without the info which account is actually yours, no one can help you.
