Intense lag

Above Silverbrand, in the mountains on the.. third floor, just above the fields, it is very laggy. This lag is reported by multiple people and not just me. Is there an explaination of this?

It always gave me this "Graphics are not sufficient to continue playing" or some junk. I come down from there, everything is fine.
