Rhianna steps by to read the parchment someone put to the boarderkeeping dowels. She reads it, and although some might say Barbarians are dull and do not understand anything, she reads it through, even the boring paragraphs, her forehead curling more and more the further on she gets.
Angrily she hisses through her teeth as she is done reading and returns once more to the upper part of the text, underlining the words "So we are speaking of a small trade settlement to the north. A few leagues, before the gates of NordMark. The territory where the Barbarian folk of the north are settled." with her finger.
Her eyes narrow like the ones of a wild cat, and she ripps of the parchment to take it with her. As she goes, she murmurs something about *telling the Jarls* and *call in a Thing*.

**Rumour has it that a lot of Nordmark's hunters have been called home, seemingly to guard the boarders and especially the gnoll woods. But the same rumour implies as well that there is being a Thing hold and in this council of the wisest, the Barbarians seem to discuss the matter.**

Walking idly not paying much attention where she passes yet staying away from the gnolls, Tinya stops to pick an apple from a tree she planted near the sea before continueing on her way. After what seems a long while, Tinya stops playing her flute abruptly while a frown crosses her face as she reads a notice for the second time making sure she understands it. Abruptly tearing it down and folding it carefully, Tinya places it in her bag and without any hesitation walks back to the Nordmark mumbling "the Jarls need to hear of this", not realizing the clans already knew.

If you intend to settle down near, or even within, the borders of the Nordmark, I advice you to speak kinder of: "Nosy Temple members and renegades, sellswords and mercs". You might need their protection, not to speak of their gold, in the future. All of the above are great customers, from my experience.
