I've been curious about this for a while, so I figure here's the best place to ask.

How much is skill/ ability effected after a char gets clouded? E.g. how much skill is lost etc... I heard that this happens, but to me it has never really been made clear.

You get around 30% chance of a skill being lost, if it is lost it's only 1 level.
