Disappearing items

Today I've had items disappearing from my bag. I've had 2 swords and a pair of scissors vanish. Anyone else have things missing? Can it be fixed?

How did they vanish? Just *poof* and gone or did you do anything?

The first sword went missing as soon as I logged in. The other and the scissors disappeared while I was waiting for cabbage to grow. I looked down and they were gone....

They didn't lie on the ground, did they? From where did the items dissapear? Bag, belt, hand slot?

They were in my bag. The one I was carrying on my shoulder.
