ive been banned and want to know how i can get ahold of someone to talk to cause ive tried email, and chat but i cant get ahold of a gm.

By the way, you probably were banned because you created a second account which is against the rules.

I'd try the IRC chat if I were you, there are some Gms which are usually always there.
