I got an email saying that my account has been banned because the automated multi account tracer detected another account that is probably owned by me. I only own and use one account, but over the weekend I played Illarion at my friend's house using my friend's computer and internet connection. My friend introduced me to Illarion and has an account already. I don't know if the automated multi account tracer could have mixed my friend and I up, but can a GM please help me? Thanks.
