Disconnecting when gathering/makeing

I tried searching for topics regarding this issue but I couldnt find any, and since this is very irritating I created a new thread.
When I'm gathering items (fishing, mining) and when I'm creating things (blacksmithing, Goldsmithing, Cooking) I - usually as a new item comes into my belt - disconnect.
This has started in the last 3-4 hours and doesnt seem to be going away, so if anyone knows of a fix or if it's a known bug, say so please.

This could be a problem with my connection which has started to act all weird.
