I almost don't want to play anymore because of the effect on farming this has.
farming is hard enough without having to dry your crop so it is able to be stackable.
why do potions need to be different qualitys anyways?

Higher quality potions might have a longer duration or stronger effect, I guess.
Also there's help on the way already.
Nitram already said in a german thread that deals with pretty much the same topic, that soon fruits and vegetables will be removed from the druid system and returned to being unstackable items.
He also said that they will introduce more herbs instead, which will for the first time share graphics with herbs already in-game but have a different name which will in due-time receive their own graphics.
