Someone lit a bunch of firecamps in the seashore inn.

A merchant who shall rename nameless for the time being has reported he saw an elf enter the Inn about the time the fire was started, Although he was unable to provide any more information. Any more information would be extremely helpful, And may be rewarded appropriately.
