Char doesn't show

Like the title says. I've only been gone from Illa for actually a few weeks, and I don't think there was a major update since then...anyways, while I'm playing, on the screen it shows my char and everyone else's like this:

Can't, the way I usually do it isn't working.. >.<
Anyways, what I ment by that is where the image of your char would be on the screen, is replaced by the two question marks.
Do I redownload Illarion because the image files aren't working properly?...or?

No work. Maybe I'm using the wrong version?
What version of java does Illa run on?
(1.5, 1.6, etc?)

Did you update the character information? *points to accounts page*

You client installation seems buged. That questionmarks are shown in case the client is unable to fetch the right graphics. You have to reinstall your client.
