RE-Edit: Fixed the position problem. GM's can close this down.

If it was a newly created character, I advice you just delete him, re-create him, then at the specific area select Trolls Bane (or any other town you like.)

There's a place where you can choose to go to Noobia or not, however you must have passed Noobia at least once (If you created your account after the creation of Noobia).

If you have no other choice but to go through Noobia, then you probably did something wrong. Try re-creating the character and following step by step what the NPCs tell you to do. It's not very hard to be honest.

If that's not the issue, disregard me, wait for a GM to help you out. ^^;
