Where am I?

I woke up in a wood.....I was hunting sheep last I remember, when I was passed out...I went to the stone ruins, and found a group of elfs, I reconized two of them Cain Freemont and Lanthromire, but alas, they ave gone mad! They did not reconize me, after the years we have known each other...So I went to the wood to seek answers, when I re enterd the city today, there was a group talking about the Order of the Grey Light......whom I was learned was wiped off the face of the world many months ago! very strange, can someone help me, please!!
