Creating a new account

Is anyone having a problem with creating an account? Like it will say
'Name is already taken' no matter what you type.

I had this happen just once, but it seemed to get just "stuck" in one mode. If so, try exiting totally out and go back in again typing the name a little different. I am assuming you mean your actual account, it could also be your password so try changing both.
