Either way, OP:
To insert images, put the INTERNET ADDRESS of it between [img][/img]
For example:
[img]http://www.google.com/google.jpg[/img]
Will result in:
Remember, only INTERNET ADDRESSES. It can't be directly from your PC. If you have a picture on your PC you'd like to display on the forums, upload it on www.tinypic.com first then paste the [img][/img] link it gives you here.
As for URLs, use the following method:
[url=http://www.google.com]Google[/url]
Will result in:
Google
