Hi,
I am not seeing the option to apply for a special race any more. Has it been moved or is there a different way to apply? Sorry if I'm just not looking hard enough.

I believe it's been (temporarily?) disabled.
Not sure though.

It was temporarily disabled.
That state has technical reasons and will last a few more months.

Estralis Seborian and talk to him about getting a hold of a special race character, I'm sure he'll do something about it. (He's one of those nice GMs. =D)
