Trying to get my account unbanned

Hello I have received an email banning my account for multi accounts.
I do not know if this is the reason why or not but cable went thru yesterday and found someone piggy backing my cable line. that connection was severed terminated and the person arrested he he he I have only this one account and request it be reinstated so as I may continue my experiences in illarion. My account is crenlorn. and I am the only individual using account thank you.
