Werter Erzherzog Cromwell!
Nun, da in Silberbrand einige Änderungen stattgefunden haben hatte ich endlich die Zeit mich damit auseinanderzusetzen was ihr da in Trolls Bane schafft. Es tut gut mit anzusehen das da nun endlich einmal Struktur reingebracht wird, jedoch habe ich ein Problem mit euren Grenzen. Ihr habt euch doch recht nah am Fairy Tears angesiedelt und da sehe ich und die Zwerge Silberbrands ein mittelschweres Problem.
Die Strasse die über den Fluss führt und dann nach süden ist für manch einen der einzige Verbindungsweg nach Draussen und wenn ihr da nun Zölle verlangt könnte das für den Ein oder Anderen den sicheren Ruin bedeuten. Aus eben jenem Grunde erwarte ich das ihr eure Grenzen um einige Schritte verschiebt, so das die Strasse mindestens bis zur Kreuzung im Süden neutral bleibt.
Das selbe erwarte ich von dem kleinen Apfelbaumwäldchen am nördlichen Ende der Strasse. Der wurde wild von uns gepflanzt und seit einigen Jahren nun gepflegt und gehegt. Wir beanspruchen nicht das Land, aber wir erwarten das ihr darauf verzichtet, so das wir alle einen Nutzen aus dem Wäldchen ziehen können.
Leider muss ich in der alten Sprache schreiben, da meine Kenntnisse eurer Sprache ab und an nicht ausreichen um offizielle Anliegen vorzutragen. Aber ich bin sicher Eure Frau kann euch da helfen.

Just for Information for the people of Gobaith:
Silverbrand does not approve the new borders of Trolls Bane in the east, called Oakwood Shire and Northbrigde!
For the moment we dont act violent, because there is much space for diplomacy, but till the problem isnt cleared, we will demolish every building you will set to near on Silverbrand.
We dont want the territory for us, we just want a neutral buffer between the towns.

Im Moment werden wir jedoch nicht gewalttätig reagieren, da es viele Möglichkeiten gibt da eine diplomatische Lösung zu finden. ABER, bis zu dieser Lösung wird jedes neu gebaute Gebäude, das zu nah an unseren Grenzen entsteht von uns niedergerissen!
Wir wollen das Land nicht für uns, wir wollen nur einen neutralen Puffer zwischen den zwei Städten.

LIAM HENEGHAN IS WANTED FOR THE FOLLOWING CRIMES
High Treason (Betrayal of the town, its government and sworn pledges with the intent to surpass the election process and overthrow the government)
Attempted murder, planned murder (Members of the Rothman family are encouraged to be particularly cautious)
Kidnapping, enslavement and torture (At least one count, possibly more)
Organization of and cooperation with the Bandits
Planned treason (Membership in a secret organization)
Other crimes may be added as the full extent of his deceit and treachery will be unraveled.
All his positions, lands and titles are taken away from by this decree. Furthermore, he is henceforth declared an outlaw. Thus any assistance to this man will be a criminal act, and may result in proscription of property or a lengthy prison sentence.
Furthermore, the city of Trollsbane is offering the reward of TWO GOLDPIECES for the capture of this man, dead or alive when he is handed over to the City, or to a third party if so designated by the Archduke. No questions asked. The person handing him over shall be given amnesty of any possible previous crimes.
My personal mistake is that the intelligence regarding his connection with the bandits was overlooked, as I dismissed the news as nothing more but work of jealous tongues. Allow me to express my most sincere apologies for that. Julius Rothman is made the new Chancellor of Trollsbane. The guard, the allies of Trollsbane, bounty-hunters, mercenaries and citizens are encouraged to track his whereabouts and attempt capture at every opportunity. However, he is not only armed and dangerous, but also treacherous and deceitful. Exercise extreme caution when apprehending the outlaw.
Information leading to his capture may also be rewarded.
