Some years ago there was a threat to the island, not a terribly original notion. However I made mention that I could walk into the forest one day, take a nap and return to find the threat is gone.

I got this rather threatening letter from whomever was the threatening force.

Jeran,

I hope this dove reaches your hands and your eyes read this letter carefully. I have always found humor in you noble-hearted men any time danger comes to your door, casting out as many taunts and criticisms about your opponent as humanly possible. I wonder, however, I find it curious that you speak about weakness and about how someone else lacks power. Furthermore, you write in such a manner that you are above fear... and that you can be so bold to post taking a nap. Seems there is not much difference between you and the Prophetking, except as you say: " ... just another in a long list of humans that want to achieve more then they have the potential to achieve." Just know this you equally arrogant bastard, because you think signing your name at the end of your posts makes you noble and strong, I know your name, and when I see you, we will see just how strong, fearless, and attentive you are. Perhaps you will take a permanent nap once you visit Cherga.

It appears I was correct and that I took a rather long nap and this threat disappeared into the sands of time to be forgotten.

Let me first remark, I have not forgotten about you. Perhaps the threats of the blundering idiot known as the Prophet King have faded through the sands of time but I remain. I too have slumbered but not of my own accord. While you intentionally take your leave to nap; I bid my time. Your cowardice cannot be thwarted by your benevolent words of years past, nor by your assertion that all that was before has faded through the sands of time. One thing remains certain if I see you, if I hear the faint whisper of your name amongst the crowd, or hunt you down humiliation will befall you. Hide behind the shield of whomever or take another nap, but your contrived notion of bravery and honor will end with my brandished steel.
