Island of sand

I Mishjka, have found an island of sand! It is very warm and sunny here, much better then dangerous and noisy Troll's Bane. I Mishjka shall settle on this island. If any builder feels like building a small hut for Mishjka they shall be more then welcome. I only have 51 copper but i will pay for the building in any way i can.
