Ich finde die Verwendung von dem Kürzel "#me" im RP-Board ziemlich lästig. Es vereinfacht in keiner Weise das Lesen der Texte, sondern macht es nur schwieriger.
Dieses Kürzel ist doch nur ein Befehl aus dem Spiel, der es erlaubt, Handlungen auszudrücken. Dieser Befehl wird ja im Spiel selber für die anderen auch in den Namen umgewandelt und erscheint nicht als "#me" lesbar.
In einem geschriebenen Text wirkt er störend.
Ist doch viel einfacher, in der dritten Person zu schreiben (zB: "Aragon geht zur Anschlagstafel" anstatt "#me geht zur Anschlagstafel")
Von daher die Bitte, in geschriebenen Texten hier diese Unsitte zu unterlassen.

I think, using "#me" in the rp-board doesn't make any sense.
This is only a short-cut from the game, which is used for expressing actions. Using it in the rp-board doesn't make it easier to read these texts.
In the game, other player doesn't see "#me". They see instead of "#me" the name of the player.
In a written text it disturbs the reading. It is more easier to write in the third person (eg: "Aragon walks to the board" instead of "#me walks to the board").
Therefore please don't use "#me" on the rp-Board.

i brought up this topic some time ago, and i thank you for stating it again (as it obviously wasn't widely accepted).

i don't like it as well, as the in-game-#me's are only a help and could not be seen by others. instead, you see the name of the charakter.

*walks away* is basicaly the same thing than #me walks away.
It is a thing that you use in chats (like lol, :-), 4u, cu, u, roflol, b4....).
I personaly can't stand this degenerated language (therefore you won't have a big chance to find me chatting somewhere).

It is no big deal to write "Bror walks away" instead of "#me walks away", but it is far better to read (and a lot less silly).
If you put the direct speech in quotation marks ("), there will be no problem in distinguishing between speech and actions.

"Bror walks away" is not direct speech.

the asterix-form was invented to describe actions which you usually don't speak out. thinks which are not spoken out can't be direct speech (nor indirect speech).

Da überkommt mich doch eine starke Erinnerung...
Iss schon 'ne Weile her, da schickte mir Aragon eine PM mit der Bitte oben Genanntes zu unterlassen, als ein Beitrag von mir mit "#me" durchzogen war.
Ich glaub', das hat nichts mit einer möglichen Vereinfachung zu tun, sondern hängt eher mit Gewohnheit zusammen.
Zu Anfang schreibt man eben ins RP-Board so, wie man es in Illarion gewohnt ist.

I haven't said that. I put it in quotation marks to tag the words one should write. I could have written it this way:
<write this in your message>Bror walks away</write this in your message>

Well, this #me in the board is a bit stupid i think... you need some time to find out what the sentence meaning is and it disturbes...

Perhaps you should write in ** what you do...

Example *Janeway finds a broken showel*

Not a very logic action, but its only an example
