another problem trying to play the game for the first time

ok Im not a noob( to gaming) or anything by any means but still i feel im missing something. i figured out all the steps to create a dwarf crafter and all (which wasnt easy ) now a day later when i try to log him in (on my character list it says he is playable by the way) as soon as the game screen comes up i get an error: character not found. am i missing another step or something? this whole process seems a little difficult I hate to admit.

Do you try to login with your account name or with the charactername?
You have to login using the name of the character you wish to play and your account password.

Make sure you type in the character's name, when the client prompts you for the log in data, not the account name.

I'm not sure if it's the same anymore, but when I started playing, if you didn't capitalise the first letters of his name, then he wouldn't load.

ok the capitol letter thing was the problem. HOOOORAY im in. thanks all for the help, see you in there
