About the NPC in eliza's shop who changes coppers for silver and what not - does he still not change a gold coin into 100 silvers? I've got around this problem before by buying 1 bag of flour with nothing but a gold coin on me, but joxia said she did this and recieved no change (losing 98 silver 2 copper)

That's Onor...the banker. He should exchange Gold pieces to Silvers again. Right now it seems he only exchanges 'up', not 'down'.
Joxia got ripped off by Mugush - the other merchant there who sells Flour - For 1 Gold!
