Blender would be ridiculously difficult to learn for a begginer. Though I'm sure alot of the graphics designers on the illarion team may use it.

You are wrong Turny.

martin uses Autodesk 3DS Max
Gro'bul uses Autodesk Maya

More graphic designers are not avaiable.

At least Maya had a free version up a while ago. Was fully functional, except for minor things. Never got to peek into it though.

The only thing that makes blender (in case of simple objects, that is) complex is the high use of keyboard shortcuts. But with all these tutorials around, you can learn its use quite fast.

Magazines are good for free software, I managed to get C4D 6, Carrera 1.1 and Penguin Renderer (for Rhino) out of magazines for free.

The stuff I had to pay ridiculous ammounts of capital for are Rhino, Lightwave 3D and Carrera 6 or 7 I believe. I also bought Bryce 5 when it was still owned by Corel...

You can fill that out and Get Maya8.5 PLE, the only catch is you won't be able to use it for Illarion graphics as the renderer has watermarks all over it. Its useful for learning however, it comes with the full set of tutorials I believe.

Es gab da mal ne Liste mit allen Gegenständen die es im Spiel gibt, aber ich find die nicht mehr. Gibt es jemanden der sich erinnert?

According to their TOS you're not allowed to use any programs you download there for commercial use either, so no Illarion I assume?

No, not the Client Item List.

Just a scale with all Items and their price.

you mean SMACC?

that was a price list of all items you can produce. but thats very old and not for this client version. so there were not so much items than in the actual client...

Do not take the prices serious, though.
