cant start playing

Everytime i try time i press play it says Unable to launch illarion client, what do i do?

When exactly does that occur? Do you have a java runtime environment installed?

I click, on the main illarion page, the play button then a little window appears and i sign in and then press play and then a warning box appears. I have this version of java.. jre-1_5_0_16-windows-i586-p-iftw Does illarion work on windows 98? because thats what i am using.

i take it no one knows why it wont play?

Did you check the illarion log file to see if it said anything?

It may help to do a search in the forum for "java", there is some good advise on what to try in some of the threads.
