Does this have something to do with the drow? Or Caelum? Hellbriar?
Greenbriar was my old home, and still feels like home to me.. in terms of its scenery. It is sad to see it like this, I only want to know why it has become deserted with such vague descriptions as to why.
Some sort of strike, or flee to sanctuary seemed to be indicated by what little explanation the halflings wrote on their signs.

It seems to be the new leadership of the halfling, Phillibald. Perhaps you should contact him or cause a small revolt such as the one against Grant?
