Wasn't Billy Spearshaker a man who performed in the brothels of Gynk?
How can an honest upright free woman perform a play of a low-life filthy man such as Spearshaker?

This is an outrage against any decency still left on this island.

Will you yourself shake Rolands spear in the play, Olive?

*A woman wearing a yellow shirt over a bared midriff, a green kilt with a barbaric animal tail 'stitched' into it as well as a red bandana with similar 'stitched' animal ears wanders past this message and pauses for a moment considering it. Pulling out some parchment she pens a note in a readable hand.*

I am interested in this theatrical production in the least as an audience member and even perhaps as a serving person. I must admit however that you seem to be much better traveled than myself as I have never visited a land that uses a calendar month called "july". I am curious what the equivalent would be in the native calendar here on Gobaith? Also will there only be one showing of this play at the appointed 2pm and how long will the play run? I thank you in advance for your time and reply to this inquiry.

*the woman pins the note under the previous one adding her signature*

Signed,

Toni Bengal

*the woman smiles at her note and then walks away humming a tune to herself*

((What GMT is 2pm based on?))

Mister or Miss Unsigned Critic,

Judging by your clever, although blatantly obvious, sexual implications to the lady Olive I can only infer that you have been to these brothels in Gynk. I suppose this is how you know he preformed at such places? Without signing your name I suppose you feel guilty about your previous sins, therefore, you feel it necessary to lash out at others to feel better about yourself? Calm yourself sir, I shall see you on the first row and we shall enjoy together, with a cast that is NOT prostituting themselves. Perhaps another reason you lash out. Maybe you think by implying that Olive is a whore you can get some gratification as you did in Gynk? Unlikely sir, I am quite certain she looks for someone that can at least write decently and sign their name on their ideas. Olive I look forward to your performance you can count on my attendance.

Actually, in my experience, the word 'woman' has much wider implications in gynk than for the rest of us.

Good luck to miss feldarp and her production.

I am outraged by the implications that showered over my head as the only thing I did was point out the highly indecent material and themes Spearshaker has tended to in his "works".

If you are so interrested in why I know about Spearshaker, the reason is this:

I watched his trial and public hanging the duke of Ann-Maron, issued and enacted over him, after he tried to "perform" his plays in our glorious kingdom of Albar, believing it would go unnoticed that such rude and carnal plays were performed. Defying both the gods and the integrity of any honest person there is.

While everyone knows that women do not have the equal talents and wits our superior gender posesses, I, same as the duke, may his reign last long-time, still feel they are worth being protected from indecency as displayed in Spearshakers works, this is why I pointed out as a warning not to screen a play like this.

I will grant this Olive woman, you seem to defend rather fondly for whatever reasons there are, the benefit of the doubt as she obviously did not research much about Spearshaker and his dubious reputation,
however I demand an open apology from the man that tarnished my name claiming I would have ever seen the pits of Gynk by my own eyes.

The second message has been rewritten and posted again.

((I don't consider roleplay "spamming", if you have problems with me trying to incite some roleplay on the sideline of your festivity you can gladly Pm me and I'll tell you what I had in mind with this post. It was not to piss you off, it's rather a nice little storyline that could provide for some roleplay in-game but I'd hate ruining it with telling you what it's about and the expected outcome I assume for it.))
