Question on Skillgain

Do certain attributes give bonuses to skill gain, namely intelligence, if in high quanities?

Far as I know, intelligence helps you learn quicker; willpower helps you learn longer.

I'm quite sure about intel, not sure about willpower

Nope..

If you have higher intell, you'll still cap at the same rate as before, just quicker with more swirlies.
