Map trouble right now?

Is there something wrong with the server maps? I currently have a person stuck in a hedge and there are other people who are having map troubles too. What's up?
Ps: GM help would be nice right now...

i noticed some irritating troubels around grey haven entrance as well, i was standing in one place and would sudenly jump 15 places or so away without even having moved more than 2

I and another player noticed that when you search for herbs it jumps you a few spaces, that's how we were stuck in the hedges.

There's also random blocks... like, spaces you should be able to walk but can't...
