Please do not lie Timothy, fine, I comitted threat and duress I suppose, but the rest of it is complete and utter crap. Nobody got kidnapped, I did not swing a sword, and no guard told me to do anything so I can't be accused of disobedience. Thankyou.
Finally wakening, Gertie smacks her lips as she rolls off the bed then looks at the empty, broken wine bottle on the floor. Walking slowly with stooped shoulders she places her hands on the bars to the window hollering very loud.

In the case of Mister Randal against the lizard Behemoth I will hear more witness before i make a judgement.
Malachin with you,
~Judge L.Q.A. Brousseborgne

To the Judge L.Q.A. Brousseborgne,
My Name is Na-Chaya. I was in Elizas Shop at the relevant time, but leaving before the whole scene escalated.
The Lizzard Man asked during my presence several times Sir Randal to sheath his blades. Both aren't friendly to each other.
Werner v. Mintraching will surely confirm this.

Respectfully, Eli Travinus
I was hardly injured and denied a duel of honour. I was completely unarmed. Then Behemoth attacked me from behind. That was no honourfull behavior.
Dear unknown miss.
Yes, a strange lizard, not even a citizen told me: "Put your weapon away, human" I didnt react, because I sorted my weapons in my chest. And I didnt want to become interrupted. I didnt laugh at the lizard, I just didnt react to his words.
It was a serious crime. Furthermore Behemoth attacked me two more times after the described incident. He has to be punished. He doesnt seem to be smart enough to learn without a hard punishment.
the following is almost illegiable and written on a sprawling diagonal
There was a small incident with a theif in town, the boy was...aprehended with the help of Rukka and beleive it or not Chris...though he may have been a little rough with the boy, understandably so since the boy did make severl threats towards him and Rukka.
I have no key to the jail so I had to administer alternative measures of punishment.
Luckily enough everything seems to be tied up in a nice little package and he will be working off his debt to society like a reasonable person ought to.
Stopping a passerby on her way from the jail after Eli let her out she holds out a parchment "Sonny, write something on here for me?" after finally getting another bottle of wine. Cackling when handed back the paper she turns her pale grey eyes on the halfling "you sure now, every word is 'dere?" then satisfied with his answer she offers a swig of wine. Seeing him shake his head grinning at her "Nah, Granny, you go on" she walks over to the boards and not quite sure where, places it between the Trolls Bane and the Trolls Bane guard boards pinning it with a nail she found on the floor.
You young'uns need to serve wine and not just apples in jail!
The tall monk thanks a helpful halfling for writting down his words, before gently lowering him to the ground. Having been holding him up to the board as he scrawled the message
Right, just wanted to let anyone who wasn't aware know, that Ridgeon lad has paid his fines in full, the remander f it is in my possesion, I'd be more then happy if one of the higher ups would take it off my hands.
Today I was attacked by the man who calles himself "Werner von
Mintraching" when I passed the Town´s fields southern of the walls.
I wasn´t armed, did not even carry any weapons with me, also
I did do nothing to provoke him. Despite all of this he suddenly draw his
sickle and charged after me. After a short Hand to Hand against Sickle-
fight he flew to the nearby toilethouse where he dissapeared into the
basement beneath. Until further decition is made, he is banned from town
for attacking a guardsman.
~Rorak, Town Guard
Addition: Sadly there were no withnesses, even the halfing down there
was out of sight, but he shurely heared the noise.
Second Addtion: Maybe a trial should decide what to do with the
toilethouse and the basement if Werner is considered as guilty.

It was me, who was attackt from a Man who called em selfe Topf.
I was the one who was unarmed!
I was seeding my plants on the fields of Trollsbane, as this man was attacking me.
He called me "snitch" and i do not know why.
He attackt me with the fists, i had only seeds and a sicel in the hands so i had to drop round about 100 cabbage seeds that i lost in that way.
I was defending me with the sickel and run for my live.
The only chance i had was to jump in to the toilets kanalisation.
I do not know what he is talking about an basement.
I am afraid I have to reveal Werner's strategy.
Once I was peacefully wandering around Bane's teleporter and asked him where he planned to go to when he used it.
As a response he stabbed for me with his scissor a few times and insulted me.
Seems like he uses tools so he can then claim to be the victim.
If wanted I would repeat my words in presense of some guard or judge,
Magnus
I did not really understand any of your words but I think I got the basic meaning. I did not report it because I was not injured.
Now that I see a friend being accused I felt like I should share my experiences concerning you.
If asking someone about his plans for the day is a crime, I am fully guilty.
That is all I shall say about that for now,
Magnus
Julius,
Sssari was threatened by those so called black cultists before my eyes. I doubt he would have acted against you and more so, he is a scholar, not a warrior. So unless he threw a book at you, I think you are most likely safe. You threatened to kill him, and I told you to stop. You then threatened to kill me.
Artimer.
If what you say is true then I truly regret the immature actions that I showed today in town. How may I repay for such harsh and despicable behavior? Perhaps some jail time? If that is the case, then the same punishment should go unto Sssari because he held me down with the help of others as the bastard's claws ripped through my flesh.
If you deny this by saying "He is no longer with them," then you would have to take all my actions in the past four moths out of the regard as well, for, and this is only if you use that objective point of view, "I am no longer with them. "
Thank you,
Sir Julius Rothman

Someone is casually strolling by and pauses to read the many notes hanging on the wall. This one in particular catches her eye and she quickly draws out a quill and ink from her bag scribbling quickly at the bottom of Julius' parchment.
Julius might be on to something here...I have noticed it as well.
Flesh wound or not...the lack of guards is inexcusable. And to think the town leaders banned Fallen who -NEVER- even attempted to hurt anyone except in self defense because of his ties to the Bone Lord. Yet dangerous orc with similar ties are allowed to roam as they please hurting, possibly killing people.
I do apologize about the lack of the guards, and the poor performance, yet there is little I can do about it. I have no proper training, no key to the prison, and I can't fight with the best of them. I do agree the lack of guards is unacceptable, but I will try and step up and preform my duties regardless of the situation.
If any citizen wants to learn how to use a blade, and defend themselves, speak to me about training. As a strong militia would also help this matter.
Oh Rinal...it is not your fault and please dont take it personally. there is only so much one man can do. and you put in more hours than any of the others.
