Am I right that you get a cow from Bosper Watz... he does'nt want to give me can anyone tell me what to say to him in order to get one?

Speaking of cows, I've got a newbish question that I'm not really keen to try out so it'd be nice if someone'd tell me:
When you log out & have a cow (haha punny) is it still there, with all your stuff, when you log back in?
