Can I have a prefix of "Laughing" as in "Laughing Tom Brielech", or are titles reserved for "Lord" and the like?

Any pre- or suffix you want, but not as part of the actual name. Use the commands
!prefix YOUR_PREFIX
!suffix YOUR_SUFFIX
ingame. Alternatively you can add those pre- and suffixes in your account menu accessible via the homepage.

/ oh and please change the topic title in something more specific. Especially if others have the same question and actually use the search function.
