i've seen on a few threads in these forums asking for people to "send a dove"
Do i have to buy doves? if so, where from? or are doves an in built Pm system, that i've not found yet?

It's just pming someone on the forum. You write a letter in character and then that's basically how to send someone a dove.

You have to write less if you use the forum search
