Hello, im new, i've played hours or so role playing and getting to know some
of illarion.

At the moment i want to learn some magic, so someone took me to the academy of magic and told me to find a teacher on forums.

So now im here requesting a person to teach me the basics of magic.

So please reply to this post and meet me at the academy of magic and please teach me magic, i'd highly appreciate it if you did.

Welcome to Illarion Zork... I hope as you enter the rping atmosphere here you will enjoy yourself. Ideally for your character to learn magic you have to show a meritorious ability to rp. Most teachers will not accept you unless you can prove to them that you know how to rp. Do not be discouraged most people do not start the game trying to be a mage.

Being a good mage usually revolves around being able to come up with interesting rp on why you want to learn magic and how you will use it. Generally speaking they are suppose to use good emotes to describe what they are doing or about to do.... good luck and I hope to see you ig.

Then chances are nobody will teach you...

This isn't one of those games where you can openly be evil and burn people to death while everyone else ignores you....

Yeah he found me eventually and Pella and I had a nice hour long chat with him.

can someone just teach me magic? i wont be a dark wizard then...

How often we need to explain it, ever teacher only can take 3 students...and every teacher allready has 3 students, that means you need to wait, this is not runescap where you can just level up or buy your magic or however you do it.

you buy runes, and you perform magic, lvl up, buy more runes, rinse and repeat.
