Where can i buy/trade for a cooking spoon and a scissors?

You can buy a scissors from the merchant outside of Silverbrand, and I think you can get a spoon in Greenbriar.

ALTERNATIVELY you can post to the 'trading' board and ask people to send you a dove

ALTERNATIVELY you can go to the various workshop areas, smiths make scissors and carpenters make spoons.

Generally you can get better deals from PCs, but it takes more time to strike them up.
