Alright, I was cooking sausages as my airhead mage-wannabe character Maia Mesmerich, when I realized the twenty-two sausages I cooked were at 50% completion. So I SHIFT+CLICK the spoon and the sausages while in front of a fire, and guess what...almost instantaneously, twenty sausages disappear and I get two completed sausages. I mean, what the hell?! Is this a new bug? Where did my twenty sausages go? Is it possible for them to be replaced? Help?

It happens when you don't seperate the incomplete food items. make sure nex time to complete cooking the items one at a time, then stack the finished product in your bag.

Completed items stack with incomplete ones. That means when you have a stack of sausages in your belt and no empty slot before it, any new incomplete sausage will automatically stack with the completed ones and turns the entire stack back to incomplete.
As Athian said, better put your complete sausages into your bag, or at least the last available belt slot, so incomplete ones won't stack with them.

If it still happens, seperate the stack of incomplete items and complete them one at a time.

If it's any consolation: I do this all the time. >_< I always forget to separate my sausage.

So I can't has my sausages back? Oh well. At least I know why it happened now.
