And the subtitle for this topic *was* going to be "Just because you're no longer a newbie doesn't mean you can't be ignorant." But that was too long.

My character, Pearlfox, is gradually learning to be a mage. (Taking her own sweet time, too.)
My question is about what happens when the skill level rises in certain spells. Does this simply mean that the spell has a more likely chance of being cast, or does it meant that it becomes more powerful?

Thanks for any help!

You'll find out once your skill gets higher! (after taking your sweet time)
Yeah I know that wasn't very helpful
Well too bad

Hmm they should make an emotion face for sticking your tounge out

Well, the chance of casting is higher.  I don't think it hurts a lot more, just a bit more.... depend on the spell...  :P  dyluck, you sure you can't have toung stick out?

Let her figure it out herself! I believe that only through hard work can a mage master the craft!

I would take on an apprentice but it would be hard work as I am an exacting teacher.
