Server problems - Server Probleme

Many of you noticed for sure, that the homepage as well as the gameserver were offline for some time today. We have no idea what really happend, but I guess that the electric energy supply did not work as it should 
Anyway it appears the server ( the whole server, so the Linux ) crashed and some things broke while doing this.
First the MySQL Database, with all contents of this forum, as well as the Illapedia and all News on the homepage got some damages. You were able to see this when you tried to access the board.
But I was able to rebuild the database tables without dataloss. So everything went fine at this part.
The other thing is the game server. The database of that server appears unharmed. Hopefully nothing is lost there. But currently its not possible to boot up the server, since the gameserver software is on a hard disk that is currently not mounted on the server ( so its technically there, but we can't access it ) for unknown reasons. One of our server admins has to check this and mount the hard disk again. But since both of our admins, are offline currently, we can't do anything but wait.

Vielen von euch wird aufgefallen sein das die Homepage und der Spielserver heute einige Zeit offline waren. Wir haben keine Ahnung was wirklich passiert ist, aber ich denke es könnte sein das die Stromversorgung nicht so funktioniert hat wie sie sollte.
Auf jeden Fall scheint es das der Server ( also das Linux das auf dem Server läuft ) abgestürzt ist und das hat einige Dinge etwas aus dem Gleichgewicht gebracht.
Zunächst wurde die MySQL Datenbank, mit allen Daten von diesem Forum, der Illapedia und den News auf der Homepage beschädigt. Die Folgen davon waren sichtbar, wenn man vor einigen Stunden versucht hat auf das Forum zuzugreifen.
Aber ich war in der Lage alle Datenbank Tabellen ohne Datenverlust wieder herzustellen. Also ging an der Stelle alles gut.
Eine andere Sache ist der Spielserver. Die Datenbank für diesen Server scheint nicht beeinträchtigt. Es besteht die Hoffnung das keine Daten verloren gegangen sind. Aber es ist im Augenblick nicht möglich den Server zu starten, da die Spielserver Software auf einer Festplatte steht die zur Zeit nicht im Server gemounted ist ( also sie sie zwar Hardware mäßig da, aber wir können nicht drauf zugreifen ). Warum sie nicht gemounted wurde, kann ich nicht sagen. Einer unserer Server Administratoren muss sich das ansehen und die Festplatte neu mounten. Aber da beide Admins im Augenblick offline sind, können wir nur warten.
