Come Visit Merri's Game House

Come one, come all to the The Merrilyn Game House for fun and food! Currently we have been given permission from Eliza to host all tournaments out of her shop. For the time being, their will be an open blackjack table free to join inside her shop.

Rules of Blackjack at the Merri's Game House
-Dealer deals starting with person to his left and going to the right, ending with him.
-Players will be dealt two face up cards
-Dealer will be dealt one face up card, one face down.
-"First Base" is the position left of the dealer. They will be asked to hit or stay first.
-"Third Base" is the position right of the dealer and last person to be asked to hit or stay.
-When all players are done hitting, the dealer will flip his down card.
-Dealer hits until hard 17, then stays.

-Doubling down is allowed.
-Splitting is allowed.
-A "Blackjack" is payed 1.5 times amount bet.
-Upon a tie, no money is taken.

Of course the goal is to hit 21 or get as close as possible without "busting"

-Cards 2-10 are for face value.
-Face cards count 10.
-Aces count as 1 or 11.

There will be either of the following:
Low stakes:
10 copper at least per hand up to 2 silver.

Medium Stakes:
1 silver at least per hand, up to 6 silver.

High Stakes:
3 silver at least per hand, up to 15 silver.

My deck will be in view at all times, and I will show a card whenever I deal one. If you have any doubt when we are playing, just go to the site and I will prove I am not cheating. No need to tell me, it is better that I don't know actually.

Those associated with the Merrilyn Game House,

I have spoken to Governor Fooser and we have been given land directly north of the former Sea Horse Inn. Negotiations are almost complete with the builder, but they are still in progress. The following is what I hope to have in the game house:

Either a second story or a basement. In this section there will be a fight club of sorts. Fighters have the chance to bet on themselves. They pay out will be 1:1. The fighter that looses pays the winner whatever the bet might have been. Spectators have the chance to bet as well. They payout on most occasions will be 1:1 unless otherwise stated. If either opponent decides to play with a handicap, the payout will be greater. Handicaps will be decided by the announcer. This club will be mostly for brawlers, that is, people who fight with their fists. On some occasions other weapons will be used.

On the same level I hope there to be at least 3 small rooms set aside for personal use. On the main floor, there will be dancers who can choose whether or not they would like to privately entertain an individual.

The entrance level will be the main center of attraction. I hope to have at least 3 "U" shaped tables. Two of the tables will be reserved for blackjack and the third will be for drawing high card. This is subject to change if we decide to add anymore games to the house.

Also, on this level will be the 'three chests' game. Here an individual will have the option to bet money and open a single chest in the hopes of gaining more money. The payout will either be 0% of the bet, 75% of the bet or 200% of the bet. For example, if an individual decided to bet 1 silver, one chest would have nothing, one chest would have 75 coppers and one chest would have 2 silver.

I am now looking to hire workers for the game house. I need:
-2 more card dealers, preferably those with past experience, be it card dealing or gambling.
-2 'Chest Game' workers
-2 'Fight Club' announcers
-2 cooks
-4 to 8 dancers/waitresses
-More Guards
-1 bard or songstress
