A use for: Sibanac and Drinks

Currently, sibanac has no use aside from getting yourself smashed and getting some weird IG messages. Drinks don't have a use either... so here's my idea for what they can be used for:
Smoking sibanac, or drinking will have a relaxing effect on the body. That way, people will gain temporary willpower points (ie can train their skill for longer), and help to recover their skill cap faster. However, like all good things, there is a limit to everything...
There is a secret number, depending on your constitution, and the amount of stuff you usually intake, which defines how much you need to START getting the benefit, and how much is an 'overdose'.
An overdose would instantly reduce the will bonus to zero, and start giving temporary constitution damage.
Let us give a few rp examples:
John Smith is a smith No s***, after a hard day at work, he likes to visit the fluffy sheep, and have a strong mug of beer and a quick smoke. It helps him unwind after a hard day's work, and helps him prepare mentally for tomorrow's tasks.
A few days ago, John Smith smoked too much, not only did it stress his body out, but he also felt very sick for a few hours.
Although for a human, 1 glass of beer is enough, a dwarf who was brought up on beer and strong drinks, is barely effected by a whole mug, and needs much more.
-------
So basically you are keeping track of:
Number offset
Tolerance
Amount ingested in last x minutes.
Tolerance is how much a person needs before he can start feeling the effect, upon ingesting, the tolerance increases by a small amount. It should reduce after a long time (for example 1 RL logged on hour without the drug). The number offset is that magic number which is added to the tolerance in order to determine when the person starts feeling bad.
