Stone

Problems With Stone:
1) Very heavy
2) Not found very commonly, is more of a 'rare find'
3) You need a lot of it.

Stone used to be a waste good you could throw away, but now its actually used for building. The problem is its VERY heavy, so if you're mining for something and you get some stone, chances are that you'll throw it away, unless you're specifically looking for it. If you're looking for it, you'll end up throwing away something valuable instead.

So the solution is this:

1) Make stone lighter - Perhaps not realistic, but given that you need a good amount to build stuff, it might encourage people to not throw it away.
2) Make a dedicated area for stone mining. This is a good way to use the surface 'mines', make stone (and a very few gems) avalible there, and anyone who wants stone can just go dig it out of the rock.

Nails

Nails ("Pins") have just one problem, they are heavy, very heavy.
One ingot gets you 5 nails. And for some reason, 5 nails are heavier then one ingot. Nails ("pins") should be made very light. I don't see it strange that a person could carry 250 or more of them (as opposed to 90 currently). Also, perhaps 10 nails should be gotten from 1 ingot, since these are needed in huge amounts.

Completely agree. Especially on the nails part.

Nails got changed to be a valid conversation.

5 nails have now the same weight as one ingot.
