Recently there was a breach on the answers to the account questions, so I was wondering if it was possible to make new questions, or make randomly generated questions, with about 100 questions, but only offer three or something?

The system is actually written in exactly this way. But there were never more questions added because noone wrote new. And the ones we currently have are highly crappy and unlogical.

Some of our current long known players and good roleplayers failed that test.

Yeah, I saw one dodgy question. Something like "Someone points a crossbow at your head, asking for your things, what do you do?" and one of the answers was "Give him my things, he has a crossbow after all" and the other was "Go along with it and see if I can get out of it with some rp". Both seem pretty plausible to me.

Because both are correct.
