Hello,I am creating a guild,the 4 hoarsmen.To join you must
1.Have a good reputation
2.be either  the    most powerfull fighter  or  the most powerfull mage you can be
3.you must be well known
4.you must protect town people
there are 3 open slots,a hobbit named Sir Dart i believe wants me to let him in right off,but as all i am going to speek to you,not just let you in,i must know you well........

I'm not sure about his Four "Hoarsemen"......

It sounds sort of like the Rangers, except for the part about being the strongest.  Tell me, what do you plan to do with only four people, even if they are strong?

Yes the old old guild was evil,but mine will be good,and I would like to have them all the strongest like me so that we can protect in times of war

A little note to add to this, no this is not the same four as my brothers and myself included.
