Kenhe Abbey

((Ok gms this post is just so i can talk to people who joined my soon to be guild, if this isn't allowed just post please))
Tark Ironcrest sits on a fallen tree log, cheeks red and bricks in hand. He sits there...it seems he is waiting for something.

Rules,Laws, And Duties In/Of Kenhe Abbey


1.Member List:
-Tark Ironcrest


2.Jobs:
Cook-The cooks are one of the main parts of the abbey, they Have to be here to make food and deliver it to the storage room.The cooks must make enough food for 4 people and keep a share of their food.

Harvester-These people will have to get berries, fruits, and farm and give it to the cooks. They may keep Half of their supplies they've gotten, the harvesters also gather wool, wooden logs, and mine.
Harvesters depending on what they bring in will be paid for what they bring.

Legion Guards- These are units who defend the abbey, there are 4 ranks to it:
-Captain
-Lieutenant
-Sergeant
-Corporal
The guards must come in with a weapon, from a dagger to a broadsword and they will be given a bow and arrows. The arrows will be given out every week or so, all normal arrows. Besides being equiped with a bow we will equip the guards with throwing axes, and leather armours.

Priest- The priests of the abbey will give masses of the priests of Kenhe, mostly they will be about: Barkeht, Frost, Magmatek, and Teki.
About our religion here is some information about our saints:

Barkeht-Leader of all saints, stands for justice, law, and strength.

Frost-Saint of courage, and dumb found, and ice.

Magmatek-The Saint of Bravery, freedom, the reason to live.

Teki-Brother of Barkeht, he makes the evil people go to Hell's Pass, below Valhalla, stands for evil, trickery, and lying.

The priests will have to read off the Tenji, the holy book of Barkeht

http://illarionstuff.blogspot.com)) besides that the priest may talk how the Tenji and its words reflect on life, for a few minutes.
All Masses Are Exactly 20 Minutes long


3. Political Rankings:
Abbot- Leader of abbey, but doesnt choose any laws, only votes for them, but allows which laws to be given.The following Abbot must be chosen by the Abbot, and either has to be apart of the Council or a Scribe
Soltek-There is 2 solteks and they make laws and ideas to be seen by the council, a soltek will be elected every year.
Council- The Council will be made up of 9 different people, they will review the laws, and projects of the abbey, they also deal with criminals
Treasurer-Keeps in charge of money and supplies in storage.
Scribe-Writes about the feasts and other things that happen at the abbey.
4. Laws-

a.Murder, murdering is a crime against Barkeht, except in war and all who do kill another will go to prison for 5 days, with food and water, and pay a total of 5 silvers

b. Stealing, if you are caught stealing or involved with any stealing whatso ever, you will pay for Double the price of the item stole.

c.Kidnapping, this will be paid for how many days they kept the person and have to pay 2 silvers per day they kept the kidnapped person.

d.Falsehood, no lying about anyone doing anything no Bad rumors, normal rumors are fine but no bad ones, or you will pay 50 coppers.

All guards that are patroling will have to seek for thieves and murderers everyday, and make them pay their sentence.

Besides that, if you live in Kenhe Abbey you are expected to:
Be brave
Be kind to others
Be responsible and be honorable
Wear an emerald necklace as showing a sign you follow Barkeht

4.Feasts/Festivals
Kenhe's festivals and feasts are still going to be apart of tradition, and festivals will also take place.
Items for festival:
5 buckets of water
15 apples
40 stones
10 red and blue shirts
20 beer
-During festivals we will play a game, 10 people in red, 10 in blue with 20 stones on each side. The teams have 7 minutes to get all the stones to the other side first, whoever wins gets some jewlry.Another game we will play is chugging beer, first one to finish 5 beers in less than 30 seconds wins. The last game is to throw apples into buckets ((note:it will be out of range so you dont see it on HUD)).

Feasts-((the dates are when feasts will be done: Oct. 28, Nov. 27, Dec. 31, Jan. 30, March. 7, June. 29, Sept. 3. Every year))
Items needed for a feast:
10+apples
10+strawberries
20+bread
25+wine
20+mead
25+ham
15+sausage
5+fish
1-5 cakes
((all leftovers will be sent to storage))

Trading-
Trade is much needed, if you contribute we will deeply apreaciate it, give raw leathers, leather, meat, to sell so we may build our buildings.

Resources-
25 meat
15 bread
10 apple
0 bricks (1000-3500 needed?)
0 boards of any kind
0 wood
0 weapons


Treasury-
I will also need someone to be treasurer, there is no current money but i will be putting some in and all donations are apreaciated

As soon as i have the money for it.
And tomorrow, i ask anyone who wants to help gather wood go to Greenbriar. ((Idk IG time so its at west coast time zone (US), at 4-5 pm every day ))Also, i will be building the abbey north of the south forest.

It seems Tark has left us, and I Wolfe will lead the abbey.
I also wish to reming everyone that the feast of ((Oct. 28/GM time: 18:00 i still need to see where i may find some tables)) i ask anyone who is able to make desertes, soups, and other kinds of fancy foods for the feast, i am willing to buy them from ye if needed.
