Every Equipment part has advantages and disadvantages. You will find out that for example heavy armor can be a handicap in fights, or things like this. Since much belongs to your attributes, you must find out by yourself what suits you best. Just try it ! You will find no official list saying "this or that is better than that". Just like in real life - try it !
