I shall start by addressing the fact of Taliss calling me a "Bad man". Some would argue he is a bad lizard man at the same time. No, Taliss does not have the right to not let me run in the elections.
Regarding all laws made/in place under Siltaris-
If I am elected laws §3 F and §2 E will be no more.
Wages for officials-
I think 5 silver a dwarven month is more than enough for any official.
The Magistrate. As governor, I would not have the final say in aspects of the law. I would leave that to the appointed magistrate that would also be elected through another election. As governor I would only help conduct building projects, have the second highest authority in the law, and consult with other ranked officials about major issues.
A treasurer(also elected in another election), would be the ONLY one with access to the town's funds and would be responsible for giving wages to elected officials.
The Town Guard Captain will have most say in who joins the guard and how the guard is conducted, furthermore, they will be responsible for maintaining and training a militia for town safety. The Town Guard Captain will be appointed by who the Magistrate deems best fit for the job of carrying out town laws.
A unanimous vote from three of the above officials can remove any of the other officials at any given time. The vote must be well supported by facts, if the official that lost their place is not the Guard Captain, they will be replaced with a speedy election.
Respectfully,
