Whenever I KEL RA QWAN I get one of two messages:

The spell fails. No problems there.

Error in spell KEL RA QWAN, report this bug to a dev. Or something along those lines.

Now.. then I asked someone else to KEL RA QWAN and they did it, and it was fine; so what's wrong with mine? Is this random or is this happening because I've succeeded but there is a bug?

When I fail a spell it says "You fail the spell"... that's what I said. It does that with this.

Why would it say "There is a bug" if it could say "You fail the spell"?

And it only requires 50% skill, I think I could probably just about make that with my current skill + equipment.
